And head chef Nagarajan Kumalabel uses carefully selected fresh ingredients and uses his skill, which can be called an alchemist, to offer a fusion of South Indian cuisine rich in culture.
The restaurant's owner and chef, Suthraman Devya, who has been an expert in the food industry for decades, has used his years of experience to bring his passion for South Indian cuisine to Japan. We opened this store because we want to deliver high-quality products to everyone. We hope to take you on a journey through the world of culinary excellence and discover why Indians treat each meal as a celebration of life.
Everyone finds value in this store, and I am grateful every day that they come back to this store, and even recommend it to their friends. "Marini", which is the name of this restaurant, is actually our mother's name. Her mother lives far away in India, but for us, each and every customer who comes back to our store is our family, and we hope to continue this relationship for many years to come.
