Introducing Chef Nagarajan Kumaravel

Chef Nagarajan Kumaravel was born and brought up in Chennai, India. Nagarajan Kumaravel is from a reputed and well-known family in the south Indian food industry in Chennai and a proud disciple of Chef Venugopal. He is a celebrated name in the South Indian culinary industry for decades and is famously known as Chef Venu San in Japan and the founder of Venu's South Indian Dining, Kinshicho, Tokyo. His cooking has been thriving in the hearts and souls of Indian food lovers in Tokyo.

Like his Mentor and Guru - Chef Venugopal San, Chef Nagarajan Kumaravel learned cooking from his Grand Mother and with Venu San at a very young age. With over ten years of experience in India and has been in Japan for the last seven years and serving south Indian food with the bountiful experience of two worlds. His cooking is a remarkable tale of South India, which he beautifully captures and graces with the stimulated flavors and cuisines of south India. Chef Arvind wanted to do something extraordinary from a young age his culinary expertise and guidance from his Guru would launch him into a whirlwind adventure in the fine dining industry, Chef Nagarajan Kumaravel and Chef Sethuraman Divya who is the owner of this restaurant and also an expert in the Food industry for decades now ventured into the restaurant business with determination for success and passion for fine south Indian cuisine with confidence and years of experience in the food industry.
